🐛 Bug Report Custom Yes/no question default choice is not approved

What went wrong? 🤔

In Yes/no question, your choice is not saved if you choose the default option.

Expected Behavior

If you click the default choice, your decision is saved

Actual Behavior

If default to Yes/no question is No, you have to first click Yes and after that No before you can proceed

I'm not entirely sure whether this is a bug or not, the thought may have been to prevent users from "skipping" the question and just go with the default answer?

Could be! But for me, it seemed strange that to select default value, you had to click another option before you could select it. However, I think that now there is no default option at all
