USA missing from 'nationality' list
There is 'American' but no one would search for that. It should be United States.
It seems the official one is American, at least according to Wikipedia.

This is a bit complicated issue, as I agree that many will search for "US Citizen" or "United States"
I've often seen "Nationality" fields simply list the names of the country, and sometimes it's even been required (ex. fill in "Finland" instead of "Finnish"). I'm having hard time finding a citation for this.
Just listing the names of the countries could be an easy way out of this? (At least on the side of usability.)
@pholm @Earlo , is the field usually used for getting a general ethnicity ("American"), or is it used more related to legal things and citizenship ("United States")?
Hi,
I strongly think the country name should be listed instead of nationality. From a user perspective.
