Explanation for gender question in application form

Junction strives to be inclusive of everyone so they can feel welcome and protected while disclosing their information. We should add a short explanation to the gender question, something along the lines of "We require this field to help our staff use the most respectful language when addressing You, and to track the diversity among our participants in our events. Our entire team is committed to making sure everyone feels safe, welcome and respected in all Junction events."
