Update role for Ryan Chase

What changes did you make?

• Updated Ryan Chase’s role from Product Manager, Developer to Lead Product Manager.
• Reordered Ryan Chase’s profile to appear at the top of the group.

Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?

• To reflect Ryan Chase’s updated role on the website.
• To reposition the profile at the top of the group since it now represents the lead role.
