Update role for Ryan Chase

What changes did you make?
- Updated Ryan Chase’s role from Product Manager, Developer to Lead Product Manager.
- Reordered Ryan Chase’s profile to appear at the top of the group.
Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?
- To reflect Ryan Chase’s updated role on the website.
- To reposition the profile at the top of the group since it now represents the lead role.
