Standardize slack channels references using ID: join-us

Overview

We need to standardize referencing Slack channels in our files using the channel ID, a few places use the channel's name instead and this needs to be fixed.

Action Items

• [ ] In your IDE open the file pages/join-us.html
• [ ] Look for the line that references the slack channel admin by name https://hackforla.slack.com/messages/admin
• [ ] Change the following: From:

To:

• [ ] Verify that the link still opens the admin channel in Slack
