Archive former screens in Figma

Overview

The current Figma has too many prototypes and pages so many members are having a long and hard time accessing it.

Action Items

  • [ ] For every page after (Site Map), copy all of the prototypes
  • [ ] Paste the prototypes into the Archived Figma
  • [ ] Delete older prototypes that do not have a frame around them (ex. pink, green, blue, black) in the Current Pages Figma
  • [ ] Make a text box on the Archived Figma and put "The most current version of this page can be found on our [insert page name here] Page"
    • [ ] Link the Figma page for [insert page name here] that belongs to the prototypes
  • [ ] Make a text box on the Current Figma and put "Previous designs for this page can be found in the [insert page name here] Page"
    • [ ] Link the Figma page for [insert page name here] that belongs to the prototypes

Hi @phuonguvan.

Please don't forget to add the proper labels to this issue. Currently, the labels for the following are missing: Size, Role, Feature

NOTE: Please ignore the adding proper labels comment if you do not have 'write' access to this directory.

To add a label, take a look at Github's documentation here.

Also, don't forget to remove the "missing labels" afterwards. To remove a label, the process is similar to adding a label, but you select a currently added label to remove it.

After the proper labels are added, the merge team will review the issue and add a "Ready for Milestone" label once it is ready for prioritization.

Progress: Completed archiving all of the pages except the organizational dashboard and Our Projects Page (In Design) Blockers: Organizational Dashboard frames are not updated and I don't get what is the Our Projects Page Availability: 2-3 hours ETA: By tomorrow
