Create a script to delete the current projects and associated events from the Dev instance on MongoDB

Overview

In order to align Dev projects with Prod projects, the first step is to create a script to delete the current projects / events from the Dev instance on MongoDB.

Work on this ticket should be done in the feature branch: feature.copy_prod_data

Action Items

  • [ ] Research how to create a script that will delete current projects & events from the Dev Instance.
  • [ ] Add required steps after research.

@ntrehan We're going to try out a feature branch for this set of PRs, please submit your PRs to feature.copy_prod_data for this issue

Have the script ready. Just need access to prod data to test the copy functionality

Note that this issue may no longer be relevant, given that it appears all projects on VRMS Dev have been removed, other than VRMS as of May 21, 2025. See screenshot below:
