Project Milestone

Product

• Coordinator: 1) streamlined the UI by eliminating unnecessary hierarchy, adding color-coded status indicators, and repositioning version history for better alignment. Enhanced the notes feature with an interactive chat-style pop-up. The result is a cleaner interface that will boost user efficiency and engagement. 2) Reviewed and fine-tuned the key user stories and feature statements for the MVP Roadmap so we can prioritize better and move the needle forward
• Host: Outlined features for the roadmap and working on incorporating feedback from the demo into the dashboard feature.
• Guest

Design

• Provided a preliminary walkthrough of high fidelity of the Guest persona, Bonnie provided feedback for the team to incorporate and further research
• Onboarded two new team members, 1) Designer to work on the HUU Design Systems 2) Researcher

Dev

• Incubator: Working towards hopefully final merge with Ops team next Wednesday 10/9
• Backend cleanup: major progress migrating endpoints/controllers to FastAPI, major progress on documentation. Expecting to be done with this effort in the next 2 weeks.

• Working on HUU Wiki page to ensure contents and links are current.

Process Improvement

• Design - working on finalizing Best Practice documentation
• Research - drafting best practices that will help guide the team as leveraging research for their persona

• Coordinator: No progress this week since our designer was out sick. Picking up from last week, we streamlined the UI and enhanced notes features with pop-up interactive chat style. User stories and issues updated with stakeholder review dates (10/29/24)

• Completed the host user flow and intake user story, working on the features.
• Guest
• Working on the features for Guest.

Design

• No significant progress, working on Bonnie's feedback on Guest Intake File
