This issue is connected to Intake Profile Epic #708.

Overview

After guests submit their personal information through the intake sections they should receive an email containing a summary of this information and the option to download a pdf version of their profile. This will require a landing page shown below.

Action Items

• [ ] Create route for page
• [ ] Create a landing page to confirm guest profile has been submitted
• [ ] Page should have buttons to go back or download a PDF
