Hi engineering team,

@baipai noticed that #677 (relates to #501) and #678 (relates to #519) were created by @mira-kine, these are for notes and filtering on the Coordinator dashboard.

It looks like we got out of sync, as design is still working on these features. Can you please confirm what if any work was done on these issues?

Lets please hold on these until the designs are finalized.
