Updated to reflect our synthesis process. Also, I'm not sure how the findings were shared out with the team previously when they were not analyzed. We should do that step again once the analysis is done.

Progress update/ETA: affinity mapping will be done by this Wednesday's meeting (Aug 20). Report will be ready to share with the team by Aug 27.
Findings from these interviews were presented to the team last night. The report will be open for feedback and suggestions for the rest of this week. The suggested action items slide will be brought to next Wednesday's leads meeting for discussion.
