Improve INFO level messaging during Dataset.load() for fetching step

Give INFO level messages on which files are being downloaded to where. In the case that I have to download the files manually, it would be good if Dataset.load were to print out what file it is trying to download and from where...This is an issue if you can't autodownload and have some kind of air gap you have to cross.
