Feature Request: Setting to manage WebRTC

Firefox provides a preference called media.peerconnection.enabled that makes typeof RTCPeerConnection be undefined instead of a function, but that affects every site.

I would like to make use of noscript to be able to choose which site I allow WebRTC, similar to webgl, which Firefox provides a preference webgl.disabled but noscript provides a per-site setting with similar behaviour.
