Import sitelist to whitelist

Hi, is there a way to import a sitelist from a plain .txt file where you have 1 url on each line, these urls could include subdomains or root domains, example:

https://www.google.com https://www.yahoo.com https://www.youtube.com https://mail.google.com https://reddit.com

etc
