hCaptcha - "I am human" checkbox disappearing

Hi,

I recently created a new hcaptcha to a site I'm currently working on. I used Elementor Pro's forms and noticed that when I publish the page sometimes the interface shows the "I am human" checkbox, and sometimes it disappears and I'm unable to proceed in submitting the form because of this. Do you know why this is happening? I've attached screenshots of the page (one with the correct interface with the "I am human" checkbox, and one where it has disappeared).

I'm concerned about this inconsistency since I would like the users to always have a smooth experience in submitting the forms.
