Training issue and strange loss

I'm trying to adapt it to inpainting task. At the beginning, the result can generation some results, though it seems strange image after training for about 10 epoch, the result output during validation stage is compeltely noise image And the loss didn't decrese .... image

loss value is around 1.0 which is a large value ..
