Add blase paper 2 work to original repo

Ok, let's plan to merge this! Yay!

So we can do a couple things with the merge here.

1. I pull overleaf into blase3D right now and merge into main, delete the blase3D overleaf, and resend one linked to blase native. Overleaf access will be down for a bit but this immediately migrates everything from the fork onto the main repo.
2. We wait till the paper is finished, then do the above, so there's no break in overleaf access. I'm inclined to go with 1 even if it's a little inconvenient just to keep our workbench clean, but lmk what you think.
