[FEATURE] add command: g pvp

Its possible in the futuro to add a command to enable/disbale pvp in guilds?

like.. /g pvp for enable and disable that feature

My concern with this is that it's entirely designed to work from the server admin's control right now. How would this work if we gave control to the individual guild?

many players would like to pvp each other a few times for fun .. so if there was a command where the guild leader can enable or disable internal guild pvp all guilds could start doing it.
