FEATURE REQUEST - Perm list per guild role.

Context

Certain roles should be able to have access to third party plugins via permission nodes. Others can setup roles to include perks from third party plugins.

Possible Implementation

Add a permission list option to the roles.

I think this is a key feature without which the ranking system isn't that useful
