Recognition produces random results on Microsoft Internet Explorer

It seems that the character recognition produces random results on Microsoft Internet Explorer.

I can imagine if you wouldn't want to spend much time on trying to fix this however. In that case perhaps you could add a notice to README.md that it doesn't work with Internet Explorer and/or detect Internet Explorer and give a warning.
