Clicking on console turns from white to dark theme with dark fonts

Hello, I have a weird bug. I am using your theme and when I start eclipse console background color is white with black fonts. However, after I click on the console it turns to dark theme but the fonts remain black. I hope the picture below will help you. The problem persists until i exit and relaunch eclipse. Notice that it happens on CDT build Console only. If I run the program the fonts in console are white with dark background.
