Add "Open by default" .onion links

Since Android 12, it is possible to specify a list of "Open by default" links. Instead of opening .onion links from the default browser, possibly not-tor friendly, it could be very useful to open all *.onion links on this app.

This project is not an app. It is the tor library. My suggestion is to look at PAC scripting for your request.
