Carousels seem to be stuck after a flew clicks.

Carousels on the bottom of articles in onwards containers (but likely elsewhere if this component is reused) seem to be stuck after a flew clicks.

Reported by a user:

"The right arrow only scrolls the info boxes once or twice. It's then stuck with half or one third of a box revealed. The only way I can see more is to move the cursor to the left side of the screen and press a dot. Seems wrong to me, should be able to keep pressing the arrow to see more. "

Had another report of this internally also. Testing them for me they work but the hover state of the arrow seems broken.
