iOS fullscreen issue

When I go to the url on iOS it work at first but I have issues when switching to cardboard mode.

If I press the big play button on screen it seems to play full screen but not in cardboard mode.

If I put it in cardboard mode it works for a while then seems to go full frame again in non cardboard mode.

iOS 9.2.1 in Safari and Chrome.....
