Seeing failures to nuke for EBS that are being used currently

  DEBUG   [Failed] InvalidSnapshot.InUse: The snapshot snap-0862ddc0c9d4ddf2a is currently in use by ami-073ea150746f0b1e5
                status code: 400, request id: 1f490beb-e6c4-4835-9699-c7999661d164

Should skip the ones that are being used currently when nuking.
