Black screen in Spyro 3 intro (pdx-s3pf)

Describe the bug

It appears that PCSX-Redux rendering a black screen only.

The screen should be rendered as found in the video/screenshot at https://demozoo.org/productions/139518/

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Download .psexe file from https://demozoo.org/productions/139518/
  2. File > Load Binary and open .psexe file

Enabling the OpenGL GPU option still renders a black screen only.

@nicolasnoble The problem described in this issue was addressed in DuckStation by the following commit https://github.com/stenzek/duckstation/commit/25f725c263995aac33de82cb8726351dc44858c2
