VS Projects update

Note: MSP project compiles fine in x64 but causes 3 Linker errors in Win32. Hopefully someone with more VS experience can help.

PS: i had to change the folder structure as VS doesn't like it if the files are 2 folders deep (as they were in the previous commit) Sorry I couldn't do a better job of this...
