Odd behaviour with DVD Player

It seems that Maximizer causes some odd behaviour with DVD Player. When you maximise a DVD Player window it fullscreens the application and automatically switches to a blank space called "Window". When unmaximising DVD Player the window does not go away. I would imagine that the application needs to be blacklisted.

I am using the latest (1.0 beta 3) version of Maximizer on OS X 10.8.5.
