Does a cson parser in C exist yet?

This isn't an issue/bug, but I'd like to ask this to make sure I'm not repeating someone else's work, before dumping time into a project like this.

I think this would be a useful tool to have for promoting the use of CSON.

I don't think such a thing exists yet (or at least I haven't heard of one).
