WIP: Use rtems version 6

What is the current status of this work ? How will we allow a dev to choose what. version of items to use ? Using an explicit toolchain would work, but maybe we want to be able to allow multiple version of rtems at the same time, even for downloaded toolchains ?

RTEMS6 progress is on this PR https://github.com/grisp/grisp2-rtems-toolchain/pull/55 How we integrate this new rtems in our package system is all to decide.
