quicksearch Go button should be disabled if no results returned

When performing a search for a gene in civic, nothing occurs if the gene has no EID's, maybe users should be directed to a default landing page explaining there are currently no EID's for that gene yet?

Just a none found message or a none found shown in the drop down would be helpful.

There is also currently a bug that if nothing is found and you click Go it will take you the last result from the typeahead. We should fix this at the same time.
