Imgur Titles

Add a special rule for imgur links to rewrite before trying to get the title:

It should just be a case of stripping the i. and any extension.

I need to figure out a decent generic way to handle oauth for all the various (and frighteningly growing number) of APIs that require it for simple read actions that shouldn't need authentication as a user anyway...
