[Feature Request] Hide node by default

Hi Greg,

Great add-on and I’ve been using it since the first release, very handy. Anyway, can we have this feature by add-on. Like hide preview toggle in performance properties, so by enabling it will have all node that being called into editor will be in hidden mode, which is more space-friendly.

I would really like this too - but I can't think of a way for this to be possible from an addon unfortunately. However we're not alone in wanting this, Lukas (main node dev) mentioned recently that he doesn't like the thumbnail previews and that they should either be removed entirely or switched off by default. So I would guess by 2.7 we'll be rid of them.
