We get the following intermittent error.

Server Error: Service Unavailable for url: https://dataverse.harvard.edu/api/datasets/:persistentId?persistentId=doi:10.7910/DVN/EWCNL5

Could we trap this error, and retry after 1+2+3 second delay?
