I keep getting "org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: api2.openamplify.com" randomly

I get "org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: api2.openamplify.com" sometimes for the response. I've found though if I run the exact same thing again it sometimes will inexplicably work. I think there might be some problems with how many request I make in a short amount of time but even when I sleep 60 seconds between each call it seems to happen.
