Model trained on different hierarchies?

Dear Authors,

Thanks very much for open-sourcing the model and package! The current model, according to the paper, was trained to distinguish relationships on the family level of the SCOPe database. I am wondering if you adopted this procedure to training models on other hierarchies, for example the fold level, does it work well too and is there any trained model weight?

We didn't try that but it's an interesting idea. Let us know if you try it and it gives interesting results.
