Improve "Fullscreen" mode on dashboard

Hello,

To gain a maximum of visibility on widgets (tv display), i think it should be great to also hide graylog menu in this mode.

Its how bad I want the dashboard to a/ use percentages for modules b/ hide menu c/ allow interactive inputs (change date range without "editing")
