Re-work content pack UI

The content pack UI deserves some love and should probably be generally restructured.

My idea was to make it look like other entities, as the information to display is not much different from our inputs and outputs pages. We would only need to find some nice way of displaying the markdown description.

The 'Remove Pack' button is not intuitive. As a user I would guess that it reverts the apply action. Please consider this in the new design or change the wording.

Combining selection objects from global inputs would be nice, ie extractors as well having the ability to add grok patterns that might be required for any included extractors.
