Enhancement: web server that shows a mobile view of the current status

I leave the chia status running all the time. It would be nice to be to able to connect to the app remotely (over mobile) and show a simplified status view. The initial version could just be a shortened ASCII table or show an basic HTML table of the current active plots. If you want to make it configurable which columns to show it could be from a setting in the JSON file or put check boxes in the columns that should be shown in the mobile view when a HTTP request is made to the application
