[Bug]: Changing the local IP of a machine after installing netclient does not reflect the changing

What happened?

The order of reproduction is as follows

  1. netclient install
  2. netclient network join
  3. change local IP (IP assignment of the router using DHCP)
  4. networks -> hosts -> host -> local ip is not selectable with the reassigned IP

Solution is to reinstall netclient after leaving network

@miyu4u, the endpoint of the host will be made editable should be available in v0.20.6, but you can run netclient pull on your client for it to get updated
