Chicago95 Theme not working on all apps (Firefox, Calculator, Interlink)

Just installed Chicago95 with the included installer (on Fedora 37) and not seeing all of the apps on my laptop with it; namely Firefox, Calculator, and Interlink). I was wondering if there's a way to fix this?

Might be because they are installed through flatpak. There are a few guides online on how to theme flatpak apps
