Missing icons for some Windows related files

No icons for application/x-mswinurl (file.url, web link), application/x-msdownload (file.dll, dynamic-link library), application/winhlp (file.hlp, help file).

Do you know what the icon name for these file types would be?

application/winhlp - application-winhlp.XXX Icon from gtk-help.svg.

application/x-msdownload - application-x-msdownload.XXX Icon from application-x-object.svg.

application/x-mswinurl - application-x-mswinurl.XXX Can not find the origin icon, but close to it is application-x-javascript.svg.
