Align module enhancements

I have code I need to PR which adds:

• [ ] the right way to do alignments for embeddings of directed networks
• [ ] the ability to use seeds in SeedlessProcrustes... meaning we will need a name change I think

PR will also include

• [ ] the name change to SeedlessProcrustes and associated changes in docs/tutorials
• [ ] a demonstration of using the alignment stuff on actual embeddings of networks in a new tutorial
