App sometimes crashes on node click

Sometimes when clicking a node on a hierarchy view we get an error which crashes the app:

Error: Cannot find element for coords -975.159898910267, 4007.578213299619" and view is no longer usable.

Error can be reproduced at http://localhost:1568/?a=googlediff while zooming out and clicking on left-side nodes
