fix: complete missing Turkish translations in documentation

Translated missing values in two existing Turkish JSON files.

Thank you so much for this, @sukrucildirr. Unfortunately, we cannot merge this PR because this repo is not the source of truth for translated content, only for English content (read this part of the CONTRIBUTING guide to understand why). @JuliannaMlynarska, maybe you could manually make the changes in Crowdin? 🙏

I know this PR can't be merged but in the case if @idalithb wanted to manually update the Crowdin like @benface suggested I made some changes in the form of PR review.
