Add loading indicator for pending requests

Hello! Awesome work on this, I am trying out Graphiti and Vandal and loving it so far. 👍

I wonder if a small improvement could be made to the Vandal UI. Right now, when you click "Submit" there doesn't seem to be anything in the UI that indicates that a HTTP request is pending. Could something like this be added?
