Example code from doc raises error

Hi Grandrew,

When I run the minimal invocation example, I get an error:

Jg.add_task(t) gives ERROR:root:Loading Issues is not implemented in upstream library

I got this 3 years ago and checked once again, the problem still persists I checked in juggler.pay, but couldn‘t figure it out… Any help/hint would be highly appreciated
