Stopped allowed to add same requirement multiple times on a discount

I think a discount doesn't have the same requirement multiple times. If the admin need to add/remove items on that requirement then the UI should look like that, so the admin can easily see the product name along with a cross sign to remove it from the list.

The current UI doesn't look good and if we add multiple requirements/rules on a discount then the UI breaks.
