README of installed plugin outputs HTML markup to the user

For some reason after the plugin is installed if you refresh the page, the REAME contains HTML markup as a text (instead of checkboxes). Compare not installed (left) and installed (right) plugins on the screenshot.

Ideally, I think it should render proper checkboxes, so even not installed version is not correct.
