Install iproute or another ip tool

Hello, I was trying to get the docker subnet ip from inside a jdk-community:21-ol9 image but there is nothing to get it from. Neither ip addr, not ifconfig, not even hostname command. Since the microdnf cache is removed, I cannot use it to install something.

Can you help me get this information? Thanks
